What does your Brain and Water have in common?

Did you know that over 70% of North Americans suffer from dehydration, culminating in less-than optimal brain functionality? Do you suffer from brain fog, confusion or difficulty focusing?
Do you suffer from anxiety, depression or shortness of breath? Does fear creep in and prevent you from enjoying daily activities? If so, your brain health may be compromised and hampering
you from leading a full and healthy life. Dehydration has been identified as one of the culprits in declining brain health and we offer a simple solution to this: Live water. It has the potential to
eliminate these symptoms and improve your family’s brain health.

Do you know that a simple daily-need solution – Live water— has the potential to improve health for you and your family’s? Is your brain compromised, hampering you from leading a full
and healthy life? Did you know that having a healthy mind enables you to lead a full and complete healthy life?

Brain health may be defined as the preservation of optimal brain integrity and mental and cognitive function at a given age in the absence of obvious brain diseases that affect normal brain
function. When your brain is healthy, it has the blood flow required for peak performance. In essence, it allows cellular waste to be carried and eliminated. A healthy brain is essential for
living a long and full life.

Our brain is about 80% water. Brain dehydration occurs when the water content in our brain is less than that required for optimal brain functioning. In this state, our brain cells cannot function
properly, leading to cognitive problems like anxiety, brain fog or confusion. Even mild dehydration (1-2% reduction of water in the brain) can have a significant negative impact on
your mood, energy level, and even your ability to concentrate or think clearly. Dehydration slows circulation, which results in less oxygen travelling to your entire body – including your
brain. The more dehydrated you are, the more you will suffer from these brain-related conditions. Treatment with psychiatric drugs increases dehydration, further exacerbating these
conditions. Some of the common conditions associated with brain dehydration include:

 Alzheimer’s Dis-ease
 Anxiety, fear & panic attacks depicting symptoms such as: sweating, nausea, shortness of breath, dizziness, lighthearted, unsteady
 Bi-Polar, mood swings, shock, trauma – be it emotional such as forceps childbirth or impact-related resulting in brain damage, Multiple Sclerosis, schizophrenia, seizures, Tics movement disorder, strokes, heart attacks and cholesterol
 Anorexia & Bulimia
 Allergies leading to behavioral disorders e.g. hyperactivity, learning disorder, etc. are associated with high histamine levels. When the histamines are too high, the allergies are raging. Chronic dehydration can cause histamines to be excessively active.

Extreme dehydration can lead to delirium, unconsciousness and even coma.

When we suffer from dehydration, minerals get hardened in the brain. The side effect of dehydration is that the body starts to use antioxidants because of greater need to get rid of body toxins. When our body is dehydrated, our brain uses amino acids to make up for lack of water. Live water nourishes the brain and keeps our brain from drawing on these organic compounds.

Amino acids, such as Tryptophan & Tyrosine stabilize our mood and keep the brain happy and working. Their deficiency makes us feel anxious and depressed.

The brain is the most metabolically active organ in the body and as such is particularly vulnerable to disruption of energy resources. ATP is a chemical essential for optimum
functioning of our brain. Adequate levels of ATP are needed to sustain optimum cellular energy. When ATP level is reduced, it culminates in poor brain function.

This is because they do not have the electro-magnetic energy moved by the fluids in the brain through the right kind of Live water to get rid of their depression. The use of psychiatric drugs to
treat the condition, sucks water out of our brain that is essential for neurotransmitter functionality, thereby increasing dehydration, further exacerbating these conditions. This problem can be mitigated by hydrating our brain with clean Live water.

Water has become the most misunderstood and underappreciated nutrient in the world. It is one of the most important elements essential for optimum operation of our vital organs and systems, most importantly, our brain. Our brain is 80% water that runs the pituitary and hypothalamus glands – glands that regulate our bodily functions. Oxygen from free-radicals compromise the optimal performance of bodily systems and functions, and in the brain, they hamper neurotransmitter functionality.

Oxidization occurs when an oxygen molecule has an overabundance of electrons which then damages cells in our body. However, when active hydrogen combines with the free-radical oxygen, then the result is water – water that helps the detoxifying of the cells. The use of micro-clustered, electrolyte-reduced, hydrogen-enriched Live alkaline water is readily absorbed by the cells, hydrating the brain culminating in optimum brain functionality. Such ionized water carries oxygen to the cells, culminating in boosting energy levels. In the process, it makes proteins and enzymes function efficiently and transports nutrients, hormones and other elements to address, in this instance, brain-related conditions.

Given the important role water plays in our lives, especially with respect to brain health, knowing the quality of water we drink is an essential first step on the road to our optimal physical, emotional and mental health.
